CMD Crafts Market Application

This application is for any vendor (existing or new) to apply to participate in the Canal Market District Craft Markets. If you are interested in attending any of our Farmer's Markets, please use that specific application to apply.
Everyone MUST read the Mandatory Vendor Guidelines (located on the Vendor section of our website, right next to the application button) before filling out this application. The guidelines will answer a lot of commonly asked questions about being a vendor with the CMD, including space dimensions and set up/tear down procedures.
This application is available to vendors on a rolling basis. However, admittance into the markets will be on a first come, first serve basis.
At the end of the application, you will be directed to pay the fee for the markets you have signed up for. THE MARKET FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
